Who we are
The IPHM Growth Hub is operated by IPHM Growth Hub Ltd in partnership with International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine, a trading name of Holistic Therapy Services Ltd (Company No. 11289698), registered in England and Wales.
When we refer to "IPHM", "we", "us", or "our" in this policy, we mean both entities collectively.
We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what your rights are. Please read it carefully.

1. What data we collect
When you register for or use the IPHM Growth Hub, we may collect the following types of personal data:
Identity and contact information, including your name, email address, phone number, and business name.
Account information, including your login credentials and account preferences.
Billing and payment information, including your billing address and payment method details. Please note that full payment card details are processed securely by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal) and are not stored by us directly.
IPHM membership information, including your accreditation status, membership number, and membership tier.
Usage data, including how you interact with the platform, which features you use, and how frequently you use them.
Communications, including any messages, support requests, or feedback you send to us through the platform.
Marketing preferences, including whether you have opted in to receive marketing communications from us.
Content you create or upload to the platform, including any materials, images, or files you add as part of using the Growth Hub tools and features.
2. How we collect your data
We collect data in the following ways:
Directly from you, when you register for an account, complete a form, make a payment, or contact us.
Automatically, through your use of the platform, including usage data and technical information about your device and connection.
From IPHM, where you are an existing accredited member and your membership information is relevant to your Growth Hub account, for example to verify your accreditation status for member pricing purposes.
From third-party services operating within the platform, including HighLevel, which powers the Growth Hub infrastructure.
3. Why we collect your data and the legal basis for doing so
We collect and process your personal data for the following purposes:
To provide and manage your Growth Hub account. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
To process payments and manage billing. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
To verify your IPHM accreditation status and apply the correct pricing to your account. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
To provide access to platform tools and features, including AI-assisted tools, marketing tools, automation workflows, email and SMS capabilities, and any done-for-you services you have purchased. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
To communicate with you about your account, including service updates, billing notifications, and support responses. This is necessary to perform our contract with you and is also in our legitimate interests.
To send you marketing communications about IPHM Growth Hub products, services, and updates, where you have opted in to receive these. The legal basis for this is your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
To improve and develop the platform. This is in our legitimate interests as a business.
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations. This is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation.
4. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with the following third parties where necessary to provide our services:
HighLevel. The Growth Hub is built on and powered by HighLevel. Your data is stored and processed within the HighLevel platform. HighLevel acts as a data processor on our behalf. You can find HighLevel's privacy policy at www.highlevel.com.
Stripe and PayPal. We use Stripe and PayPal to process payments securely. Your payment information is handled directly by these providers in accordance with their own privacy policies.
IPHM (Holistic Therapy Services Ltd). Where relevant to your membership or accreditation status, data may be shared between the Growth Hub and IPHM's core membership system to verify your accreditation and apply correct pricing.
Done-for-you service providers and agency contractors. If you purchase a done-for-you service through the Growth Hub, the individual or team responsible for delivering that service will access the relevant parts of your account and data within the platform in order to carry out the work. This may include employed team members, freelance contractors, or specialist agency support. All such individuals are required to have a signed Data Processing Agreement in place with IPHM Growth Hub Ltd and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Legal and regulatory authorities. We may disclose your data where required to do so by law, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the rights of others.
We require all third parties who process your data on our behalf to respect the security of your data and to treat it in accordance with applicable data protection law.
5. International data transfers
The Growth Hub is operated from the United Kingdom. However, HighLevel and our payment providers may process data in countries outside the UK and European Economic Area. Where this is the case, appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR requirements, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
6. How long we keep your data
We will keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after it is closed, to allow us to resolve any queries or disputes and to comply with our legal obligations. In most cases this will be no longer than six years after your account closes, in line with standard UK contractual limitation periods.
Payment records are retained for seven years to comply with HMRC requirements.
We will securely delete or anonymise your data when it is no longer needed.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
The right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete data.
The right to request deletion of your data in certain circumstances.
The right to object to or restrict our processing of your data in certain circumstances.
The right to data portability, meaning you can ask us to provide your data in a structured, commonly used format.
The right to withdraw consent at any time where we are processing your data on the basis of consent, such as for marketing communications.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe we have not handled your data lawfully. You can contact the ICO at www.ico.org.uk or by calling 0303 123 1113.
8. Cookies and tracking
The Growth Hub platform may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to support the functioning of the platform and to understand how it is being used. You may be able to control cookie settings through your browser, though disabling certain cookies may affect your ability to use some features of the platform.
We will provide a separate cookie notice where required.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. The Growth Hub is built on HighLevel's infrastructure, which maintains its own security standards.
However, no internet transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for notifying us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
10. Children
The Growth Hub is intended for use by adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the changes are significant, we will notify you directly. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
